Job Function: Responsibilities• Treasuryo Assist with smooth running of departmento General queries with all bankso To ensure Internal transfer accounts are clearedo To ensure Cashpooling & Cashpooling interest accounts clearedo Weekly/Monthly Ban Reconso Maintenance of all banks related matters - Bank Proxieso Cashflow preparationo Monitoring of interest rateso Any reporting related to treasury requested by CFO• SARB Audito SARB Audit: preparation data for audit / assist with any queries or outstanding issues / Submit Auditor's Report with renewal application to bank & follow up until approved• Guarantees & Deferment Applicationso Applying for guarantees and new deferment applicationso Keeping all supporting documents with guarantees filed• Generalo Managing and assisting with distribution of bank balances/ updating bank schedules/ Xaaliso Managing and assisting with HQ Reporto Managing of cashbook capturing & online banking capturingo ADHOC dutiesMinimum Requirements: Education and experience • Matric• Computer Literate• Excel• Accounting KnowledgeRequirements: Other• Good people and communication skills• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team• Must be able to handle pressure• Must be able to use own initiative
