Job description

Mission Description                      

1. Scrutinize all documents to ensure accurate Customs tariffs classifications before entries are prepared.
2. Liaise with Importers in case of any problems with tariffs used or wrong specifications of documents and ensure that everything is formally recorded.
3. Prepare photocopies of Customs declaration forms and attach the relevant documentation for filing
4. Perform accurate import and export declaration entries in a timely manner upon receipt of all clearing documents from the client.
5. Ensure all entries are prepared in time especially for those whose vessels have arrived
6. Provide relevant input in the event of tariff disputes during clearance
7. Constantly keep abreast with changes in customs rules and requirements

 

Profile

1.Diploma in Clearing and Forwarding or related field.
2. EACFFP Certificate
3. ICMS Training and password is mandatory.
4. 3 Years relevant experience
