Mission Description
Assist to meet or exceed the Key contractual KPIs relating to all sections which incl. but are not limited to Out Bound, Inbound, Inventory Accuracy, daily stock reconciliation, stock-take management, Trade Return & Replenishment management etc.
Developing and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly reports which provide visibility on operational performance for support and key decision making.
Assisting in Developing, evaluating, and implementing risk management processes and procedures to always minimize company risk and reputation.
Reviewing operational performance and providing continuous improvement solutions and initiatives to drive efficiency and minimise cost.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve client complaints.
Assist by liaising with HR to recruit, train, develop and retain employees within the section.
To ensure safe custody of goods in the warehouse.
To manage material movements according to SOP and best practice.
Oversee the coordination of all inbound, outbound & trade returns material.
Ensure physical stock movements are correctly managed in Warehouse Material system.
Follow up on Client orders to ensure they are executed on time and accurately.
Assist in preparing the daily performance reports on Client volumes, and warehouse capacities are done for top management.
Assist \ to ensure Quality, safety, and cleanness standards.
Ensure the quality standard in all operations. Handling and storage of stocks are strictly in adherence to the client's quality standard.
Manage staff in line with health and safety regulations and group policy.
Ensure to keep the site clean always as per best industry practice.
Profile
• 5 years' experience in supply chain or a related field
• First degree in Finance/Accounting, Operations or Supply Chain Management
• Professional Certification in CPA/ACCA/APICS/CIPS.
• Tertiary education in either logistics or supply chain management would be an advantage.
• Training in MS Office suite and other industry related courses would be an advantage
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen is an added advantage.
