Mission description
PURPOSE:
• Manage the procurement of supplies,
subscriptions, and services required by AGL
entities.
• Ensure compliance and availability of these
supplies and services.
• Oversee general installation works, office
setups, renovations, maintenance, and
repairs of office equipment, furniture, and
other assets.
• Lead and manage the procurement team.

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Continuously monitor the market, including
demand trends and product characteristics.
-Identify and source suppliers and products
according to company needs.
-Manage the bidding process and tenders.
-Ensure the continuous improvement of the
procurement software.
-Assess supplier proposals.
-Negotiate purchasing terms in coordination
with the legal and financial departments,
ensuring contract compliance (quality,
deadlines, delivery, and payment).
-Select and list suppliers in accordance with
company rules and procedures.
-Monitor and evaluate suppliers and service
providers.
-Identify internal client needs and monitor the
quantity and the frequency of purchasing the
consumable products.
-Process and track purchase requests
promptly.
-Conduct satisfaction surveys.
-Assist internal clients in drafting technical
specifications.
-Ensure product compliance with technical
specifications.
-Plan, organize, and supervise the
procurement department's activities.
-Oversee quality control processes within the
department.
-Ensure compliance with international ethical
standards and Company Code of Conduct in
coordination with Compliance Manager.
-Make available his expertise for the benefit of
the Company whenever necessary.
-Overseas "third party due diligence" process
in coordination with Compliance Manager.
Profile
- Minimum bachelor's degree in commerce,
management, procurement, or purchasing.
- At least 5 years
