Mission Description
This position is key in supporting the Financial Reporting Analyst day-to-day activities and deliverables and working closely with departments.
Profile
Objectives:
Incumbent shall assist to:
▪ Prepare the reporting in accordance with the Group and respect all the
deadline
▪ Control Revenues and costs (Operational and financial margin
monitoring and analyzing)
▪ Prepare the profit / cost center analysis through key performance
indicators
▪ Analyse and explain P&L aggregates
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Support heads of departments (OPS) in generating their monthly KPIs
(Volumes / Files / GM)
▪ To ensure the monthly activity comments are consistent
▪ Assist in managing and controlling country fixed assets (Cost per unit /
Replacement analysis…)
▪ Download monthly results per cost centre from the accounting /
reporting tools and investigate variations from budgeted amounts
▪ Assist in preparing the DAC / DAD, ensure a proper follow up of our
investments
▪ To prepare all the analysis required by the management.
▪ Any other duties as assigned by Management
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in finance Field/ or any other
relevant field
Professional Training:
• Bias on reporting and data management
• CPA
• Other professional qualifications
Experience:
• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Competence track record at a similar position
• Experience in financial reporting software
Skills:
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Effective Communication Skills
• High level of integrity
• Ability to lead team
• Attention to detail
• Well versed with EXCEL and POWERPOINT
• Excellent at data analytics
