Job description

Mission Description                      

Based in KBL Ruaraka and reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas: -

1. verify data captured to ensure accuracy.
2. Generate goods receipts/dispatch notes on WMS
3. Ensure system stock is aligned with physical stock at all times
4. Ensure every physical movement is recorded in the WMS on time and accurately.
5. Cross check all transactions to what is in physical stock movement ledger at the end of shift.
6. Generate stock reports that are required by Clients and Management.
7. Inform IT Team of any issues or shortcomings faced on WMS.
8. Alert Receiving Controller of any issues or irregularities with WMS.
9. Carry out all delegated tasks from relevant warehouse controller and supervisor.
10. Abide by SOP and QHSE regulations.

 

Profile

1. Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
2. 1 years' experience in supply chain or a related field
3. SAP experience a MUST
4. Training in MS Office suite.
