Job description

Mission Description                      

Based in KBL Ruaraka and reporting to the Safety Supervisor, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas: -

1.Demonstrate to the loaders how to safely go about the various activities ( KEG loading/unloading, empties offloading and beer loading (e.t.c) .
2. Attend daily tier 1 meetings, ensure 100% attendance and highlight any safety (QHSE) issues/observations.
3. Raise and report Safety Incident Report cards (SIRC's) on unsafe acts and conditions in every shift
4. Ensure zero unsafe acts/conditions on site
5. Ensure 100% PPE compliance and adherence.
6. Continuously ensure 5S principles are always being adhered to in the warehouses and operation areas.

 

Profile

1. 2 years' experience in KBL in all tasks specifically on KEG loading and other operations
2. 2 years' experience in the loading and unloading activities
3. Basic education-O level Certificate a must.
