Mission Description
Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, the candidate will be responsible for providing Administrative support to the Finance department in addition to the below key tasks:-
1.Download and compile Financial reports.
2. Compile, print and/or PDF Kenya results booklets for the monthly Management meetings.
3. Assist in preparation of the yearly Budget presentation.
4. Manage re-invoicing accounts.
5. Invoice & dispatch inter-Company & 3rd party invoices.
6. Organize Finance management meetings.
7. Coordinate the flow of documents to and from the Finance department.
8. Draft official correspondence from the department.
9. Maintain proper records and a good filing system.
10. Receive and dispatch all formal documents relating to the department
11. Provide administrative assistance to the Chief Finance Officer and the Finance Manager-Kenya.
12. Raise requisitions for the departmental stationery and other supplies.
