Job description

Mission Description                      

Manages end-to-end airfreight file processing, including creation, documentation verification, and coordination of all operational stakeholders in line with SOPs. They ensure continuous tracking of shipments, timely client communication, and execution of key milestones from origin to delivery while maintaining system accuracy. Additionally, they monitor costs, margins and compliance, escalating issues and ensuring efficient, KPI-driven service delivery.
