Mission Description                      

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the effective management, control, and optimization of warehouse operations at the Afungi Base. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant handling of materials, equipment, and consumables in support of operational and project requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with QHSE standards.
• Coordinating material handling, storage, and dispatch according to operational needs.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy through robust stock control practices.
• Leading and supervising warehouse teams to maintain productivity and safety.
• Ensuring effective use of ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent).
• Supporting logistics planning to meet strict project deadlines.
• Maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational discipline.

 

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a remote or project based environment.
• Experience in the oil & gas industry is required.
• Knowledge of QHSE procedures.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding operational timelines.
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service–oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with B/B rotational regime (4 weeks on duty followed by 4 weeks off duty).
