Mission Description
Coordinate various warehouse activities on the shop floor as per SOP.
Profile
Warehouse operations:
• Manage and drive 100% daily bin alignment.
• Effective utilization and management of the allocated resources as per daily work plan schedules.
• Drive daily tier 1 meetings and ensure 100% attendance and quality inputs and outputs.
• Manage offloading of returns from trade while ensuring accuracy, authenticity of documents and proper documentation on offloaded products.
• Manage loading of goods to ensure exact quantities are loaded as per the approved documentation and the process adhere to the as per the SOP.

Stock Movement:
• Manage and coordinate daily cycle counts to achieve 100% inventory accuracy.
• Maintain an up-to-date daily stock movement report.
• Coordinate daily stock reconciliation and variance resolution within 24 hours of discovery.
• Account for all daily physical stock movements.
• Real time updating of bin cards in the warehouses.
• Accurate and documented bin to bin transfers.
• Participate fully in end month physical stock take.
Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE):
• Support in enforcing all QHSE regulations to ensure safe working conditions and practice within the Warehouse at all times.
• Attend and coordinate all toolbox meetings at the start of the shift.
• Ensure attendance of all Safety stand downs by all staff under your supervision.
• Timely incident reporting and investigations (5 WHY) within 12 hours of occurrence.
• Report all near misses immediately.
• Ensure permits to work are displayed at all times for works happening within your respective areas of operations.
• Enforce use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment's (PPE) to all warehouse operatives all the time at place of work.
Reporting:
• Timely and accurate circulation of daily reports.
• Accurate and timely daily KPI reporting.
Other:
• Carry out all delegated tasks from the Shift Manager and relevant Site Management.
