Job description

Mission Description                      

Based in KBL Ruaraka and reporting to the Area Coordinator, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas: -
1. Ensure there is accurate tallying of stock onto/off truck and off /onto production line as per the order schedule.
2. Ensure the WMS is updated in real time with outbound/inbound movements.
3. Receive and check documents brought in by transporters and other sources.
4. Receive and supervise unloading of merchandise.
5. Ensure the warehouse is stocked with requisite tools.
6. Ensure proper housekeeping of the warehouse at all times
7. Fulfil customer orders on time and in full.
8. Fill requisitions, work orders, requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
9. Follow all safety codes.
10. Complete required documentation for processing / dispatching shipment
11.Carry out all delegated tasks from relevant warehouse controllers and supervisors.
12. Abide by SOP and QHSE regulations at all times.

 

Profile

1. Diploma in supply chain management or related field.
2. SAP experience will be an added advantage.
3. Training in MS Office suite.
4. 2 years' experience in supply chain or a related field
