Job description

Mission Description                      

Reporting to the Treasury Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for :-
1. Identifying direct payments/receipts, advise on the same and ensure they are booked in the correct customer accounts.
2. Monitoring Bank Statements on a daily basis to ensure direct debits are booked within their transaction period.
3. Preparing and submitting non-urgent payments in CITIDIRECT or any other payment platform for approval
4. Preparing Bank Letters for approval.
5. Preparing receipted cheques for banking
6. Relieving the cashier
7. Assisting and relieving treasury Supervisor on day-to-day reporting.

 

Profile
