Mission description

Job Purpose:

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding ensuring the company attracts, selects, and hires qualified, diverse, and high-performing talent in line with its strategic objectives, organizational culture, and workforce plans.

Job Function:

Execute recruitment plans:

- Design sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to identify suitable
candidates for open positions.
- Shortlist candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panels.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts in line with HR
Policies.

Internal & external Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide
guidance on candidate selection, interview best practices, and market trends
- Provide guidance on recruitment timelines, market trends, and candidate
availability.
- Cultivate relationships with universities, and recruitment agencies to establish a
robust talent pool for future needs.

Publish job openings :

- Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms both internal and
external to attract diverse applicants.

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure recruitment processes comply with Labor laws and internal policies to
maintain a fair and legal recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics (time-to-fill, cost to company, etc.).

 

Profile

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and interview techniques.
- Experience working with HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an
advantage.
