Profile

Description:

Oversee and analyze the performance of logistics and supply chain services for global and key accounts across Africa. Ensure delivery meets contractual commitments, compliance with client requirements, and drive continuous quality improvement through centralised reporting and performance management. The Manager will act as the authority for performance analysis, and continuous improvement.

Objectives:
- Manage and supervise the team.
- Ensure the team delivers accurate, consistent, and timely reporting for both
internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote harmonised performance management practices across countries.
- Analyse service performance against targets, identify root causes of failures,
and assign responsibility (Internal, Client, or third parties).
- Develop and share performance dashboards (monthly/quarterly), ensuring
accuracy and timely delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Investigate and challenge reasons for performance failures to ensure
transparency and objectivity.
- Create and implement relevant KPIs tailored to client industries and
contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to harmonise automated reporting
across countries.
- Work with heads of Vertical Markets (VM) and Regional Account Managers
(RAM) to ensure regular reviews and gather client feedback.
- Support the sales team during tenders and contract finalisation by defining
measurable KPIs and realistic targets.
- Promote awareness and understanding of performance management within
the network.
- Report monthly to HQ on issues and challenges by country and key account.
