Mission Description
To efficiently support the procurement function by ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services, maintaining accurate and reliable procurement records, and upholding compliance with company policies and standards, while contributing to operational continuity and value creation for the business.
Profile
Scope:
Open to Sierra Leonean Nationals only
Key Responsibilities
• Process purchase requests and purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Assist in procurement planning and demand forecasting.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Update and manage supplier databases.
• Support supplier relationship management and issue resolution.
• Participate in supplier evaluations and basic negotiations.
• Prepare procurement reports and basic cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years' relevant experience
Core Competencies
• Knowledge of procurement processes
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under supervision
