Mission Description
1. Marketing Strategy Implementation
• Support development of the annual marketing strategy aligned to business objectives
• Break down the annual strategy into quarterly and monthly execution plans
• Develop and maintain a detailed marketing activity calendar
• Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales priorities
• Track progress of planned activities and provide weekly updates to the Marketing Manager/Commercial manager
• Identify gaps in marketing performance and recommend corrective actions
2. Campaign Planning and Execution
• Coordinate end to end execution of marketing campaigns from concept development to post campaign evaluation
• Prepare campaign briefs outlining objectives target audience key messages timelines and budgets
• Liaise with designers content creators and agencies to produce marketing materials
• Ensure timely delivery and deployment of campaign materials
• Monitor campaign implementation to ensure adherence to scope timelines and budget
• Conduct post campaign analysis including ROI lead generation and engagement metrics
• Prepare campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations
3. Digital Marketing Management
• Manage and regularly update company social media platforms
• Develop monthly social media content calendars
• Coordinate creation of engaging content including graphics videos testimonials and articles
• Monitor and respond to online inquiries in collaboration with relevant departments
• Track digital analytics including reach engagement impressions click through rates and conversions
• Generate monthly digital performance reports
• Support search engine optimization initiatives
• Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns and monitor return on ad spend
• Ensure website content is current accurate and aligned to brand guidelines
4. Brand Management and Corporate Identity
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all communication materials
• Maintain and update brand assets including logos templates and design elements
• Coordinate production of branded materials such as brochures flyers banners corporate gifts and promotional items
• Review all marketing materials for consistency accuracy and quality before publication
• Support internal branding initiatives to promote company culture and values
5. Events and Activations
• Plan coordinate and support company participation in exhibitions conferences and networking events
• Prepare event budgets timelines and logistical plans
• Liaise with vendors for venue booking branding catering and technical support
• Coordinate promotional materials and branded merchandise for events
• Support on site event management including setup registration and stakeholder engagement
• Prepare post event evaluation reports including lead tracking and cost analysis
6. Market Research and Competitive Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends customer preferences
Profile
• Minimum undergraduate level standard
• A master's degree in marketing added advantage
• Professional marketing certification is an added advantage
• Knowledge of the freight industry
• At least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in marketing communications digital marketing or a similar coordination role
• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and events
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
