Job description

Mission Description                      

The role exists to ensure an organization's information technology systems operate efficiently, securely, and reliably. The position provides day-to-day management and support of the company's IT infrastructure, enabling employees to perform their work without technology disruptions.

 

Profile

REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

✔ Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Administration and Digital Solutions.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Platform, and cloud technologies.

✔ Experience with automation, AI tools, and business analytics.

✔ Strong problem-solving, innovation, and stakeholder management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. IT Infrastructure & Support
-Administer and maintain computer systems, networks, servers, and IT equipment.
-Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user administration.
-Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
-Ensure IT systems security, data backups, and business continuity.

2. Digital Innovation & Automation
-Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes using modern digital tools.
-Develop and implement innovative technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
-Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance productivity and business outcomes.
-Design and develop smart applications, workflows, and dashboards to support business requirements.
-Champion digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

3. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
-Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
-Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.
-Support the integration of data from multiple business systems for reporting and decision-making.

4. Systems Development & Improvement
-Collaborate with departments to understand operational challenges and develop technology-based solutions.
-Recommend and implement emerging technologies aligned with business needs.
-Drive continuous improvement of business systems and digital platforms.
