Job description

Mission Description                      

1. Planning, allocation and loading supervision of trucks as per the daily load out requirements shared by IFFOs.
2. Share daily load out reports
3. Ensure accurate tracking of cargo and update relevant teams.
4. Ensure empty containers are returned to the destined shipping line depots as per the requirement/ set time lines.
5. Ensure 100% demurrage/storage recovery where transporter is liable and this is checked on daily basis.
6. Follow up on system updates with 100% accuracy and 100% freshness on daily basis.
7. Ensure 100% EDOC fillings of EIR and RCN/PODs as per the set time lines.
8. Procure and advise commercial on transport quotes.
9. Resolve transporter's payments disputes within 2 days within notification of such disputes.

 

Profile

1.Diploma in Transport and Logistics.
2.Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy Logistics or C&F Company in the same position.
