Mission Description
To support the effective monitoring, follow-up, and reporting of all SALS projects and activities by ensuring timely collection, analysis, and documentation of relevant data. The role provides clear visibility on project progress, performance, and challenges, enabling informed decision-making, strengthening accountability, and supporting the efficient execution and continuous improvement of SALS operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Track and follow up on all SALS projects and activities to ensure timely execution and alignment with planned objectives.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports highlighting project progress, performance, challenges, and achievements.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate quantitative and qualitative data to support project monitoring and decision-making.
• Maintain up-to-date and well-organized documentation of all project activities and records.
• Document meetings, workshops, and project discussions, ensuring minutes are recorded and shared within agreed timelines.
• Develop clear and structured reports, presentations, and case studies reflecting project outcomes and operational performance.
• Engage with internal teams and stakeholders to gather updates, feedback, and insights on project implementation.
• Identify gaps, risks, and delays in project execution and escalate appropriately.
• Produce comprehensive reports that support continuous improvement and effective project delivery.
• Support the development and implementation of standard reporting and documentation processes.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or in a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in Administration or a related role.
