Mission Description                      

CSO - Logistics Operations Implant at AGL

Be the bridge between AGL and our clients! As a CSO- Logistics Operations Implant, you will be embedded at the client's premises, coordinating day-to-day logistics operations and ensuring seamless communication, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across air, sea, customs clearance, and import/export transport activities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Coordinate daily logistics operations: truck dispatch, shipment tracking, offloading, delivery note follow-ups, and documentation handling.
 Act as the main point of contact for logistics communication between AGL and the client.
 Monitor shipment locations and delivery timelines.
 Ensure timely and accurate processing of import/export documentation and customs clearance.
 Identify and implement operational efficiencies across AGL and client logistics processes.
 Analyze logistics data and generate performance reports using Power BI and Excel.
 Support volume growth through proactive customer service and operational excellence.
 Follow up on purchase orders, invoices, and collections.
 Escalate issues promptly and follow through to resolution.
 Maintain high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
 Coordinate with internal AGL teams (transport, warehousing, finance, air freight, export, imports, declarations).

 

Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience
 Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
 2–3 years of experience in logistics operations or customer service within freight forwarding or supply chain.
 Strong understanding of air, sea, and transit transport logistics, including customs clearance.

Preferred Skills
 Proficiency in SPOT (TMS), Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
 Customer-centric mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
 Strong management skills.
