Mission Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction & Facilities Coordinator to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate maintenance and minor works, and support project administration across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Construction & Site Coordination
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify defects, and track work to completion
• Coordinate minor works, repairs, and contractor activities
• Respond to site incidents (e.g., water leaks, power outages, structural damage)
• Maintain site records, logs, and document control systems
• Prepare weekly site status reports
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers; manage quotations and work orders
Facilities Management
• Oversee maintenance of buildings, warehouses, and operational infrastructure
• Implement preventative and corrective maintenance programs
• Ensure utilities (electricity, water, HVAC, fire systems) are fully operational
• Maintain asset registers and maintenance schedules
Contractor & Compliance Management
• Source and manage contractors and service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and HSE standards
• Monitor SLAs and verify contractor work and invoices
• Ensure compliance with Namibian regulations and permit requirements
Budget & Stakeholder Coordination
• Monitor project budgets and track expenditure
• Provide cost reports and identify savings opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities
• Minimize disruption to operations during maintenance or construction
