Mission Description
L'agent facturation a pour mission vérifier les codes de facturation, puis contrôle des tarifs en vigueur selon un fichier et saisie les minutes.
Activités principales :
- Reçoit les dossiers à facturer ;
- Etablit les minutes des facturations ;
- Transmet pour approbation et validation au COM/MILS ;
- Fait les liasses pour transmission à SARISSA sous 24h après émission ;
- Réceptionne les factures fournisseurs, vérifie et attribue selon les diverses opérations.
Profile
- Bac +2/3 en Transit, Logistique & Transport, Commerce International, Gestion de la Chaîne d'approvisionnement, Gestion et Administration des affaires.
- Connaissance des techniques de facturation ou recouvrement ;
- Maîtrise des règles fiscales applicable aux factures ;
- Connaissance et maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de facturation.
