Job description

Mission Description                      

The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including loading and off-loading of goods, supervision of laborers, preparation of waybills, and maintenance of accurate inventory records. The role ensures timely and efficient outbound logistics, compliance with safety standards, and achievement of daily loading targets while supporting smooth coordination of warehouse activities.

• Oversee the accurate and timely off-loading and loading of finished goods into trucks in line with delivery schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate laborers to ensure efficient loading and unloading operations.
• Prepare and issue waybills for all outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Achieve and monitor daily loading targets as a key performance indicator, ensuring timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of finished goods.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records, ensuring discrepancies are promptly resolved.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and procedures during all warehouse operations.
• Identify, address, and resolve outbound shipment issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business administration, Supply Chain Management, or in a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in logistics, warehousing, or a related role.
