Mission description
OBJECTIVE: To coordinate and optimize supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, warehouse management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Procurement & Logistics
• Coordinate supplier quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules
• Monitor fuel availability and consumption
• Liaise with vendors and transporters to ensure timely delivery
• Manage fleet operations and staff transportation logistics
Warehouse & Inventory
• Oversee warehouse supplies, assets, and maintenance
• Ensure accurate inventory records and asset tracking
• Support warehouse staff with documentation and departmental coordination
Project & Operations Support
• Assist in planning and execution of supply chain projects
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• Maintain data entry system and updates
• Support project KPIs and milestone tracking
Stakeholder Engagement
• Communicate with internal departments (Finance, HR, IT) for operational needs
• Coordinate with external partners including suppliers, landlords, and insurance providers
• Act as liaison between project teams and stakeholders
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain organized records of supply chain activities
• Draft formal letters, forms, and reports as needed
Profile
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3–5 years in supply chain, logistics, or project coordination
