Mission Description
Job Purpose:
Accountable for the overall processing and reporting of stores transactions
Job Function:
General
• Process all stores transactions on company accounting system
• Check and reconcile intercompany stock movements
• Review and validate journals for purchase order, cost changes, goods received notes and issue item movements to ledger codes
• Process GRN for all stores
• Regular and random checks of stock in all stores by matching syspro records with Kardex card and physical count
• Assist with month end stock takes
• Process and resolve stores variances
• Timely and accurately submit store transactions month end report
• Tyre reconciliation
• Inter depot warehouse reconciliation
• Export warehouse reconciliation
• Ensure all stores administration files are complete and up to date
• Any other delegated tasks deemed as reasonable and as assigned by the reporting manager
• Process fuel transactions, including capturing supplier invoices in Syspro and issuing fuel to the correct fleet against the appropriate manifest.
• Month-end fuel reconciliation: ensuring that physical fuel dip readings accurately balance with system stock levels, and preparing month-end stock reports.

Minimum Education, Experience Requirements & Core Competencies
• Matric
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 1 or more years' experience in a similar environment
QHSE
• Ensure all QHSE requirements are adhered too and relevant policies and procedures are followed
