Job description

Mission Description                      

Reporting to the Business MDM and Data Governance Manager, the intern will support the team in rollout, functional configuration, testing, training and support activities related to the ONBOARD solution.
They will take part in the operational implementation of the platform in AGL countries, applying validated business requirements and working with local teams, key users and technical teams.
The internship will also contribute to data quality and to the smooth operation of exchanges between ONBOARD and the AGL Group MDM.

Responsibilities
• Take part in the rollout of ONBOARD across the Group's subsidiaries.
• Configure forms and workflows according to validated business requirements.
• Prepare and perform functional tests, then contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) campaigns.
• Identify, qualify, document and track detected issues through to resolution.
• Assist operational teams during preparation and go-live phases.
• Contribute to writing and updating user guides, procedures, operating instructions and training materials.
• Train and support key users in getting started with and using the platform.
• Take part in tracking, qualifying and documenting improvement requests and functional enhancements.
• Check the quality, completeness and consistency of data entered in ONBOARD.
• Contribute to functional user support and request follow-up after rollout.
• Produce rollout and activity monitoring reports.

 

Profile

PROFILE

• Graduate/ Final year students in programs like information systems, data analytics, digital project management or IT.
• Strong interest in digital transformation projects and data quality issues.
• Good command of Excel and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Keen interest in artificial intelligence and its use in data analysis and exploitation.
• Ability to understand business processes, forms and validation workflows.
• Rigor, organization, autonomy and analytical mindset.
• Good interpersonal skills, service orientation and ability to work in a team in an international environment.
• Professional English, both written and spoken.
• French Speaking is a plus
• A first internship experience on a digital, data or information systems project is a plus.
