Mission description
We are seeking a Legal Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have an LLB, BA Law or its equivalent, possess a valid Solicitors license, have good knowledge of public, international and administrative law, company law, property and insurance law, human rights issues and labour law.
Profile
Have 1-2 years' experience in corporate practice.
Provide legal and administrative support to the Legal Manager.
Draft and/or review tenancy agreements, leases, contracts and other legal documents.
Draft letters and provide concise legal advice to Department Heads and teams.
Assist Legal Manager and other Department Heads in completing and reviewing due diligence questionnaires.
Fill out and process all insurance/claim issues and provide reports.
Prepare monthly/ annual reports as and when required by the various regulatory bodies.
Assist Legal Manager in application of annual business licenses, permits and certificates.
Draft board resolutions and handle company secretarial matters as necessary.
Represent the Group in court together with the external solicitors when required.
