Mission Description
To ensure proper inventory Management for the warehouses, as well as identify opportunities for inventory operations improvements.
1. Controls inventory levels by leading the physical stock count exercise and reconciling with stocks in SPEED.
2. Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement through SPEED.
3. Put up measures to control loss of stocks and investigate missing stocks should there be any (inventory audits, cycle counts)
4. Management of the damaged and returned goods from the customers
5. Prepare and review inventory reports as and when required
6. Lead the inventory team to ensure accomplishment of the set KPIs
7. Develop KPIs to measure effectiveness of inventory management
8. Conduct investigations into Inventory Management incidents to verify or resolve any complaints from the client
9. Inform management, via daily, weekly and monthly reports of all inventory related issues for decision making.
10. Conduct SOP training to the shop floor team to ensure full adherence at all times
Profile
• Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems.
• Knowledge in use of WMS-SPEED.
• 3 years of relevant work experience in a Warehouse/ Logistics environment.
