Job description

Mission Description                      

1. Operational Excellence Management
- Reviewing the operation and identifying and implementing continuous improvement solutions and initiatives to drive efficiency, increase value and quality, minimize cost/waste/duplication etc.
- Developing and implementing Service Excellence processes and procedures to increase customer satisfaction and reduce complaints from BAT or her distributors and transporters etc.
- Monitoring, assessing, and developing relevant OPEX Scorecards to drive business performance in accordance to set budgets and targets.

2. KPI and Reporting Management
- Assisting management to develop Job profiles, Job descriptions, KPIs and Reports and communicating the same throughout the operation.
- Liaising with the Operational teams to meet or exceed existing KPIs by identifying the key drivers and providing strong guidance and direction to achieve the best result.
- Developing and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and presentations to provide operational visibility aimed at decision making.
- Assessing existing KPIs and Reports and enhancing them to improve business performance.

3. Controls, Compliance & Ethics Management
- Championing the CCE agenda on site by ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, Code of Business Conduct, AGL Policies, Government & Regulatory Authorities.
- Periodically reviewing operations processes to identify risks, close gaps, update procedures and policy manuals, share best practices etc.
- Working closely with Management and the Operations teams to identify, train and develop CCE champions in all categories.
- Ensure weekly Pulsar observations are done.
- Abide by all QHSE requirements.
4. People Management
- Building effective relationships, influencing, and motivating the Operations teams to own and commit to the achievement of Operational excellence.
- Managing the development and effective implementation of Change Management, Cultural shifts, Communication processes, Training programs etc.
- Working closely with HR in developing Talent Management processes

 

Profile

Education
• Business Degree in Finance/Accounting or Operations/Supply Chain Management
• Professional Certification in CPA/ACCA/APICS/CIPS is an added advantage.
Work Experience
• At least 3 years' experience in any of the following fields: -
- External/Internal Audit
- Supply Chain/Operations/Inventory Management
- Risk/Governance/Compliance Management
• Understanding of generally accepted Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Auditing SOPs and KPIs.
• Working knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen is an added advantage.
