Job description

Mission Description                      

To ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient movement, loading, and storage of goods within the facility by operating forklift equipment in line with operational and safety standards, while supporting warehouse activities and maintaining equipment in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate forklift equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility
• Ensure proper stacking and securing of loads to prevent damage or accidents
• Support receiving, storage, and dispatch activities in line with operational requirements
• Inspect equipment daily and report any faults or damages promptly
• Assist in basic maintenance coordination and ensure equipment is in good working condition
• Support inventory handling activities including picking, packing, and stock movement
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by identifying and reporting hazards
• Comply with all safety standards and operational procedures

Qualifications & Experience
• Technical certificate or equivalent qualification
• Valid forklift operator certification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage
