Job description

Mission Description                      

Key Responsibilities
1. Receive and check client documentation to ensure it
is correct and complete
2. Follow up with clients for missing or required documentation
3. Accounts creation in ALIS
4. Follow up on the status of consignments and keep the principals updated
5. Data Entry into ALIS system
6. Invoicing local charges
7. Issuance of Delivery orders
8. Record client complaints and initiate corrective actions to ensure their needs are met
