Profile

MISSIONS

Key responsibilities and challenges:
Understand and address client requirements and constraints, ensuring high satisfaction.

Objectives:
- Tenders Involvement: Assist with preparing responses to Requests for Proposals
(RFPs).
- Business Solutions: Write specifications of client requirements. Design the
customers' solutions accordingly.
- EDI Management: Prepare and manage specific Electronic Data Interchange
(EDI) requirements.
- Process Development: Write the SOPs especially when specifics requirement.
- Project Management: Oversee overall project implementation or concentrate on
specific areas of expertise.
- Sales Enablement: Inform and support the sales team regarding Business
Solutions.
- Training: Promote and support the client as well as internal staff regarding the
Client Platform.
- Support: Assist internal users and clients (first level).
- Data Quality: Identify incidents or data discrepancies and collaborate with the
operations department to coordinate corrective measures.
- Contractual Reviews: Take part in the client QBR and propose improvement
action plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Share best practices within CBS community and learn
from it. Improve the Client Platform with constructive feedback.

PROFILE

Education :
- Bachelor or Master degree (Bac +3/5)

Experience
- 2 to 5 years in transport and logistics
- Required skills (technical, linguistic, IT, etc.)
- Knowledge of logistics operations
- Project management
- Definition and implementation of customer solutions (Track & Trace, EDI, etc.)
- Understanding of the RFP process
- Reporting/BI knowledge is an advantage

Personal Skills:
- Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive
- Agile and solution-oriented
- Good command of English
- Interest in Africa is a plus!
