Mission Description
About the Role
As our Compliance Delegate & Legal Coordinator, you will act as the local representative of the Group Compliance Program—ensuring alignment with global standards and Namibian regulatory requirements. You'll also provide critical legal and administrative support across contracts, tenders, and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Drive compliance with the Code of Conduct, anti-corruption policies, and whistleblowing procedures
🔹 Support compliance risk assessments, audits, and third-party due diligence
🔹 Coordinate compliance training and promote a strong ethical culture
🔹 Assist with contract drafting, tracking, and legal documentation
🔹 Support tenders, insurance claims, and engagement with legal counsel
🔹 Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to governance reporting
What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, Risk, Business, or related field
✔ 3–5 years' experience in legal, compliance, audit, or risk roles
✔ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
✔ High ethical standards and ability to work across teams
✔ Experience in logistics, transport, or infrastructure (advantageous)
