Job description

Mission Description                      

Based in Mombasa reporting to the Deputy Chief Finance Officer, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas: -
• Generate auto cash receipts for cash, cheques and direct credits
• Monitor cash office float and make requests for reimbursement
• Liaise with credit control for allocation of funds to their correct accounts
• Post cash payment vouchers
• Maintain receipts file
• Issue all cheque payments to clients
• Keep custody of all cheque books
• Prepare daily cash count report for validation
• Pay out salary advance and other allowances to staff
• Reconcile physical cash with the ledger
• Receipt all cash and cheques received
. Organize for cash transfer to the relevant destinations
