Mission Description                      

JOB DESCRIPTION

The QHSE Service Line Manager acts as the leader of the QHSE & ESG KSSC team, which is a support team for HQ with a local proximity to AGL entities. She / he is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and control of AGL QHSE Management system throughout AGL entities as per QHSE HQ directives and supervising the QHSE & ESG KSSC team.

Executive summary
• Report directly to QHSE HQ Department of AGL
• Provide QHSE technical support to entities within AGL
• Support all O&G activities of AGL (support to development, implementation, monitoring, close-out of projects, …)
• Manage the QHSE & CSR KSSC team
• Daily management of the QHSE KSSC team, in collaboration with AGL QHSE HQ team:
o Management of team's agenda,
o Management of reinvoices,
o Recruitment, training and growth of the team
• QHSE & ESG Monitoring & reporting
o QHSE & ESG policies and system documentation update
o Training compliance monitoring
o Regulatory and standards watch
o Data / QHSE & ESG KPIs collection & centralization
o Support to ESG and sustainability reports preparation
o Management reports preparation
o Supplier and contractor screening
o Collaboration with IT for QHSE tools design
o QHSE tools deployment
o Training documentation creation and update
o Coaching of entities QHSE teams
o Support to certifications
o Internal audit on QHSE topics

OTHER ACTIVITIES

• All power and authority regarding Quality & HSE monitoring
• Proposes the program for internal audits and management review for approval by General Management.
• Performs all work-related tasks at the request of his/her line manager
• Intervene directly on sites and projects (Logistics platforms, construction sites, strategic projects).
• Carry out or co-lead on-site QHSE diagnostics, risk assessments and compliance evaluations.
• Support local teams in the practical implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Act as an operational QHSE reference for complex or high-risk situations (serious accidents, major non-conformities, sensitive projects).
• Conduct or actively participate in Africa internal audits, targeted inspections and safety visits

 

Profile

PROFILE

• Hold a master level in Quality, Hygiene, Safety and Environment management and any other equivalent diploma.
• Have proven professional experience in management and the relevant business sectors.
• Practice of one or more foreign languages, particularly English.
• Proficiency in IT tools (office automation, EDI, etc.) and information and communication technologies (internet, messaging, etc.) is required.
