Mission                      

Within AGL's Project Department, the Project Logistics Integration Manager - will be actively involved from the early studies, tender phase, implementation of an energy & industrial project (Oil & Gas, Mining, Power, renewable, infrastructure) to its demobilization.

She / He will participate in the search for logistical solutions, as well as in the financial arrangement, in order to transport the equipment and goods making up a project (including out-of-gauge packages).

Based in Puteaux. Travel to Africa is necessary depending on the needs of the project.

The Project Logistics Integration Manager will be supervised by the Director of Project Solutions and will work closely with the Director of each verticals (Oil & Gas, Mining, Power, renewable, infrastructure) .


 Coordinate and support the projects activities at mobilisation / implementation and execution phases.
 Master the contractual obligations and requirements of the project(s)
 Ensure that the projects are implemented and executed smoothly, in compliance with
o Contractual commitments and customers' expectations
o The Projects set goals and standards
 Monitor the progress and performance to ensure that services rendered are in line with the contract obligations and deliverables
 Report any non-conformity and maintain a corrective action plan. Assist in the dispute resolution, in a timely manner
 Guarantee that the contractual obligations and challenges involved are understood and properly taken into account by the Country Management and Project Team.
 Guarantee that the projects are implemented within the set budget and any financial deviation reported to the management.
 Mitigate all risk aspect; contractual, financial and operational during the implementation and execution phases.
 Plan and respect the deadlines for each step / milestone of the implementation phase.
 Attend meetings as required (internal, client, suppliers…) and ensure information is formalized and shared within the main stakeholders.
 Coordinate the reporting activity for a specified project based on the contractual obligations… ensure that all reports required by the project owner are accurate and sent within the defined timeframe.
 Coordinate and assist in the production of any documentation (SOP, TMP, ERP, etc…) required by the customer, within the specified timeframe.
 Monitor the activity based on the project's contractual obligations, planning and requirements, and identify risks and problem areas.
 Support and assist the Project Manager/Director in developing corrective action plans and risk mitigation plans.
 Participate in elaborating tender responses

 

Profil

Knowledge of major capital projects logistics needs in the different phases of study, development and production:

- QHSE & CSR
- Logistics base management: Equipment & facilities sizing, implementation
- Rolling stock supply, international freight forwarding (
- Lifting & handling (Heavy Lift…)
- Customs processes (Exemption, import / export regimes
- Contract management

Minimum 10 years' experience in one of the main Energy & Projects verticals (Oil & Gas or Mining)

You have a good level of English. An appetite for Africa is a plus!
