Mission description
Install, configure, and maintain network systems for the company.
Ensure that the company's computer network is functioning properly and up to date.
•Deploy and maintain peripherals: workstations, printers and network devices
•Provide technical assistance to office staff
•Supervise the backups
•Troubleshoot the backup jobs - Assist in software and hardware upgrades
•Supervise and process help desk support requests
•Assist in maintaining Internet service, firewalls and servers
•Keep detailed records of the network configurations, peripheral specifications, problems and solutions, and more to facilitate issues more quickly in the future
Profile
•Open to Sierra Leone nationals only
•A bachelor's degree in computer science
•Minimum 2 years in IT support role
•CCNA or Microsoft Server Administration will be an added advantage
