Mission Description                      

• Processing and documentation of tenders to be approved
• Processing of commercial reports on weekly bases.
• Occasionally following up on clients shipments status and advising them accordingly.
• Organizing commercial meetings and taking minutes on weekly bases.
• Handle inquiries and follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and CRM updates.
• Conduct calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant services.
• Create and deliver sales presentations and product demos (if applicable).
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through CRM management and documentation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, webinars, and lead-generation activities.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance repeat business.
• Provide timely follow-ups, quotations, pricing, and commercial proposals.
• Share regular sales reports and forecasts with management.

 

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Administration or related field.
• Experience with CRM Tools
• 3years experience in inside sales and Logistics Industry.
