Mission Description                      

The candidate will Project Manage, Implement and Support the respective Bl Applications/ Software Systems and their day-to-day issues and apply continuous improvement projects. He/ She will also perform Trainings to the end users of the Solutions and escalate and communicate directly with AGL HQ to resolve all related MOE/AMOA formalities. He/ She will also ensure to follow AGL Group procedures in the proper and standard process of Initiating, Alerting and Applying of New Releases encompassing Bug Fixes and Enhancements.

The element of training will be to ensure that staff not only master necessary software features but can successfully apply them to work situations according to best practices and with the aim of achieving the highest possible levels of personal and team productivity. The successful candidate will view his/her role as a mix of educator, instructor, best practices and productivity coach, skills assessor, and training material designer. from time to time as may be requested by his management.

Job Function:
Deployment:
o Manage and Participate in the Design and Configuration of related Application
and Report Designs
o Manage the Implementations related to the specific Applications
o Perform Pre and Post Go live Planning and take charge of Go/ No Go status
on Deployments
o Perform Due Diligence when required

System Evolution and Continuity:
o Manage Implementations.
o Manage Continuity of the systems by managing evolution and bug escalations
and resolutions.
o Perform Due Diligence when required.
o Manage proper communication methods for Evolution, Bug Fixes, Bug
tracking, Release Notifications, to parties including MOE/ AMOA , HOTLINES ,
END USERS, MANAGEMENT & SERVICE PROVIDERS.
o Manage the ALERT process before, during and after a major incident where
known and the recovery process, together with the other support parties.
o Ensure continuity of interfaces to and from the Software Systems by
consistently monitoring the platform.
o Liaise with vendors including Customs 3rd parties and/ or any/ other related
3rd parties.

Manage continuous improvement projects:
o Liaise with operations and/or customers to gather business requirements.
o Liaise with regional team and/or vendor to translate business requirements
into technical requirements.
o Perform configuration and tests on the TIVJS, OMS, LKM, Bl and other
Software's.
o Provide Pre, Current and Post Go live support.

Provide Training to End Users:
o Conduct dynamic and engaging training both in-person and via WebEx to a
range of participant: End- Users, Trainers, System Administrators, Managers
and their teams.
o Develops training materials.
o Assess training needs of users/site and adjust training delivery based on
needs.
o Keep up on new features and releases and Keep up on industry developments.
o Work with implementation and support to keep informed of the clients' needs.
o Assist in redefining and updating training plans and delivery.
o Identify, define, and develop new training methods for onsite and web-based
delivery.
o Work with the Technical Writer to ensure that aH training materials are kept
up-to-date and are focused on the needs of the clients.
o Assist with training coordination.
o Travel, as needed, to all sites within his / her parameter to conduct onsite
training.

Continuously Improve:
o Use Incidents history to improve or suggest improvements to his
management.
o Attend meetings and or workshops as may be required to improve and better
plan in the support role.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
• High Level of expertise in the use of COG NOS.
• Degree in Business Information Systems or similar.
• Degree in Project Management.
• Basic IT Knowledge (A+ & N).
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
