Mission Description                      

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Support Managers and employees through various tasks related to organisation and communication, delivering such with high quality and in a timely manner.

Job Function:
• Deal courteously clients, drivers
• Manage the company's lobby area
• Answering of switchboard and internal calls
• Screening of calls
• Greet Customers / Clients and direct then to destination
• Managing calendars for senior management
• Making travel, meeting and event arrangements
• Accurate Data Capturing and filing
• Creating spread sheets and presentations
• Sorting of mail
• Sorting of daily docs and liaising with couriers
• General admin duties
• Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
• Any other delegated tasks deemed as reasonable as assigned by the reporting manager
