Mission Description                      

1. JOB PURPOSE
The Digital Transformation Officer is responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
This role involves developing and implementing digital strategies to enhance business processes, collaborating with
various departments to identify and integrate digital solutions, and ensuring the seamless adoption and usage of new
digital tools and technologies.
The Digital Transformation Officer will monitor and analyse digital trends to keep the organization competitive, train
and support staff on new digital systems and processes, and manage digital transformation projects from conception
to completion
2. JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leading digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Developing and implementing digital strategies to enhance business processes.
• Collaborating with various departments to identify and integrate digital solutions.
• Ensuring seamless adoption and usage of new digital tools and technologies.
• Monitoring and analysing digital trends to keep the organization competitive.
• Training and supporting staff on new digital systems and processes.
• Managing digital transformation projects from conception to completion.
