Mission Description                      

To support efficient port and shipping operations through the accurate processing and management of bill of lading documentation, ensuring timely coordination of cargo release, proper record-keeping, and responsive customer service in line with established procedures and compliance requirements.

 

Profile

Scope
Open to Sierra Leonean Nationals only

Key Responsibilities
• Process delivery orders for containers, vehicles, and break bulk in line with established procedures
• Prepare and issue delivery documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure all delivery documentation is scanned and properly filed on a daily basis
• Process export bill of lading documentation for storage billing and invoicing
• Prepare daily release log reports
• Maintain and update discharge-related reports in line with operational requirements
• Handle customer enquiries related to documentation and cargo release

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or related field
• Minimum of 2 + years' experience in shipping, port operations, or documentation
• Knowledge of Bill of Lading processes and documentation.
