Description de la mission 

Within the Port Solutions Department, the TOS Solex is responsible for carrying out specific configurations and developments on the tool and should also participate in the implementation of the TOS across different terminals of AGL.
The TOS Solex must also be able to handle Level 3 support requests and be able to understand and analyze business processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture and translate business requirements into technical developments
- Develop and/or configure functionalities
- Perform tests and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Install and configure TOS environments
- Perform data mapping for reporting purposes
- Develop/ configure EDI interfaces

 

Profil 

Required Profile :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5 equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of the port ecosystem;
- Strong proficiency in Java development (knowledge of Groovy is a plus);
- Knowledge of .NET technologies;
- Good understanding of databases, ideally SQL Server;
- Ability to write stored procedures;
- Proficiency in REST / SOAP web services;
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies;
- Experience with EDI (e.g. EDIFACT);
- Knowledge of ticketing systems;
- Understanding of logistics and transportation environments;
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Ability to quickly learn new languages, frameworks, and technologies;
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail;
- Excellent ability to work in a team and effectively communicate technical concepts;
- Ability to work independently with rigor and discipline;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously;
- Ability to communicate in English.
