Mission Description
Job Purpose:
Coordinate, create, maintain and administer the HR data and reporting function for SEAREG ensuring accuracy, efficiency and professionalism in duties at all times.
SAREG :RSA, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Zambia, Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Madagascar, Mozambique, Zanzibar.
EAREG : Djibouti, Uganda, Kenya, North Sudan, South Sudan, Egypt, Ethiopia.
Job Function: List key Tasks & Responsibilities
• Preparation of SEAREG Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Reporting (HQ HR Dashboard)
o A' Community vs SAGE300 data integrity/validation – Submit findings to country monthly
o HQ HR monthly statistics dashboard SEAREG- (Total CTC, All Leave type balances, Head Count, starters, leavers, transfers)
o QHSE reporting – RSA entities (Overtime hours)
o Regional Expat Database updates where necessary – Backup role
o Paris IFC/IAS19 (1&2) Human Resource Commitments reports. SEAREG
o Paris NRE/CSR Human Resource Collections Report – ENABLON for SEAREG
o Prepare and submit turnover reports monthly
o Annual leave report (Paid leave report) – Extraction for Shared Service Centre-monthly after payroll roll over
o Ad-hoc reporting
• Prepare relevant documentation for audits when required
• Create databases for projects for SEAREG
• Coordinate the processing of documentation and information across various countries within SEAREG and across the business
• Preparation of survey data when necessary for benchmarking in SEAREG
• Manage the repatriation insurance (Europa Assist) for all local employees in SEAREG (backup to the issuing of certificates)
• When required arrange meetings and ensure communication between relevant role-players
• When required train new users on the HRIS core system (A' Community)
• Manage the setting up of new admin users on the HRIS core system (A' Community)
Profile
Minimum Requirements: State education and experience
• Matric
• Relevant post matric qualification would be an advantage
• Experience gained in a Data Analytics environment an advantage
• Excellent admin skills and attention to detail
• Analytical skills (Data Management)
• Project Management
• Good time management skills
• Ability to communicate to diverse individuals
• Ability to work well under extreme pressure and independently
• Ability to use own initiative with minimal supervision
• Computer literate - Word and Excel advanced (Pivots, X or V Look Ups Essential)
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to Multitask
• Experience in multi-cultural environment and working across Africa
