Job description

Mission Description                      

1. Execute customs bonds and maintain records of the same
2. Maintain bond cancellation and retirement lodges
3. Verify bond security invoices for payment
4. Prepare refund vouchers for the company
5. Prepare and follow up bond cancellation vouchers
6. Handle document processing unit and customs queries
7. Comply with bond rejections from KRA to enable bond cancellation
8. Prepare monthly reports of returns for all un-cancelled entries
9. Analyze bond validity and exposure and advise on the same
10. Follow up bond transactions for various projects within the company

 

Profile

• Diploma in Customs Administration
• 3 years' experience in customs support
