Mission Description                      

Role Overview
You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical and electronic systems of both traditional and electric vehicles. You will use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues, perform high-voltage safety procedures, and ensure all vehicles meet industry standards and safety regulations

 

Profile

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic scanners and multimeters to identify electrical faults in internal combustion engines (ICE) and Electric Vehicles
• EV & High-Voltage Systems: Safely inspect, repair, and replace EV components, including high-voltage batteries, inverters, electric motors, and controllers.
• Auto Electrics: Repair and install wiring, lighting systems, alternators, starters, and other auxiliary vehicle electronics.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on battery health, update vehicle software, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all high-voltage safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of all diagnostics, repairs, and used spare parts using our workshop management software.

Qualifications & Experience
• Experience: Minimum [2-5] years of hands-on experience as an auto electrician.
• Certifications: Relevant electrical & electronics engineering or automotive electrical qualification (also certificates or diploma holders are encouraged to apply)
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and proficiency in reading complex electrical schematics
