Mission Description                      

The Digital Transformation Officer is responsible for leading digital transformation
initiatives across the organization. This role involves developing and implementing
digital projects to enhance business processes, collaborating with various
departments.

We are seeking a passionate and self-taught junior developer to join a rapidly growing team.

The ideal candidate is a computer science graduate with a good foundation in Python and basic machine learning concepts. This role focuses on building AI powered solutions predominantly based on Microsoft technologies such as
Dataverse, Power Automate, AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power
Platform suites, and other embedded AI tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Proficiency in prompt engineering for new solutions leveraging generative AI
technologies is also essential.

JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and translate them
into technical specifications.
• Prepare, secure, and connect enterprise data sources for applications.
• Design, develop, test, maintain and optimize low-code/no-code solutions using
Power Platform tools (Dataverse, AI Builder, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power
BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, …)
• Integrate advanced features using Azure services and connectors to support
complex systems (Fusion Dev)
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, data privacy, and security
standards.
• Document technical specifications, architectures, processes and implemented
solutions.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft AI capabilities and contribute to continuous
improvement initiatives.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Power Platform Skills recommended (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate,
Power BI, …)
• Mastery of Python and other key programming languages: C#, JavaScript,
TypeScript, HTML/CSS, SQL
• Working with structured and unstructured data at scale.
• Knowledge of SQL, Spark, or Azure Data Factory
• Knowledge of development frameworks: .NET, React, Angular.
• Experience with essential tools for a web developer (both front-end and
back end): Visual Studio, Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of databases and cloud services (Azure) recommended
• Hands-on with Azure AI / OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning, or other
cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Understanding deployment options: managed endpoints, custom APIs, hybrid
setups
