Mission Description                      

Purpose of the Role:

The A'cademy Coordinator is responsible for the organization and management of training activities within the A'cademy. The role involves collecting training needs from relevant entities, planning and coordinating training deployments in collaboration with the team (project managers, trainers), and ensuring proper tracking through the LMS-TMS system.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Collect and consolidate training needs expressed
by relevant entities.
2.Define and plan training programs and activities.
3.Select internal or external trainers and negotiate
with training providers institutions when
necessary.
4. Plan and coordinate training sessions in
collaboration with the A'cademy team and
concerned entities
5.Maintain and manage relationships with partners,
including companies and public or private
institutions
6.Oversee administrative and budgetary aspects of
training activities (trainers, service providers,
contracts, agreements, etc.)
7.Organize logistics for continuous training
sessions in coordination with trainers and
training managers
8.Register and manage training programs within
the LMS-TMS system
9.Structure and disseminate information on
continuous training programs and professional
certification pathways
10.Support project managers and trainers in
organizing their travel arrangements

 

Profile

Technical Skills & Knowledge (Hard Skills):
•Strong understanding of training engineering, key stakeholders, applicable regulations, and continuing education systems
•Proficiency in administrative and financial procedures related to training activities
•Ability to design and manage tracking tools (strong MS Office skills required)
•Ability to draft clear and concise informational and communication documents

Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills):
•Strong listening skills and adaptability
•Proactive mindset with the ability to make suggestions and improvements
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to identify and resolve operational issues
•Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and methodological approach
