Mission Description                      

Job Summary:
The Logistics Officer (Fleet) is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of fleet
operations, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of goods and personnel. The role involves managing daily fleet activities, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fleet Operations:
• Assist in planning and coordinating vehicle movements, including scheduling and routing.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods and personnel.
• Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics (e.g., fuel consumption, vehicle utilization).
2. Vehicle Maintenance:
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with workshops and service providers.
• Ensure vehicles are in good working conditions and meet safety standards.
3. Documentation and Compliance:
• Prepare and process fleet-related documentation (e.g., trip sheets, fuel logs).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., traffic laws, vehicle inspections).
4. Communication and Coordination:
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers on fleet matters.
• Provide updates and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
5. Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest changes to enhance fleet efficiency.
